As we head into our busy season, we’re looking to strengthen the kitchen team at The Old Bridge Inn.

We are currently hiring:

2 × Chef de Partie

(1 position includes accommodation)

Details:

• 5 days per week

• 45 hours per week

• Immediate start

• £14.00–£14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

• Great tips

• Experience at Chef de Partie level essential

You’ll be working as part of a solid brigade of 5–6 chefs, alongside a front of house team of around 10. We’re experienced, hard-working and focused on delivering a strong, consistent product in a busy Highland gastro pub at the heart of the Cairngorms.

This is a proper kitchen role in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. We need someone confident on section, organised and able to handle service.
