Drawing on a culinary career boasting stints in eatieries from London to Glasgow, The Alps to the Americas, head chef and co-owner Steven Matson's CV also notes roles as personal tour chef to Paul McCartney, REM, Jack Johnson and Ben Harper, amongst others.
